CasaNeve

Centrally located in the ski and spa town of Bad Gastein and only one hour south of Salzburg, CasaNeve is an old historic house completely modernized and refurbished in 2012. The house offers 3 luxury large apartments ideal for both your winter and summer holidays.

This spacious house has retained its classic Belle Époque style but the apartments also offer all the comforts that both families and young professionals need when on holidays. The house is ideally located between the old Centre of Bad Gastein and the start of the main gondola.

CasaNeve has been refurbished retaining the antique features of the house, like for instance the double wood windows and the antique wood floor.

However, it has also been modernized in order to make it into a comfortable and luxury environment for holidaymakers.

Each apartment is well equipped with all the comforts necessary to an enjoyable holiday experience. In particular you will find wireless Internet, a smart flat screen LED TV and DVD player (with cable TV which includes a number of international channels), a bean to cup Bosch coffee machine, oven, microwave, dish washer and Bluetooth adapter to connect your smartphone to the TV and listen to your own music. There is ample seating space for the guests with extendable wood dining tables, very comfortable sofas, and smaller dining tables for the kids.

In the house you will find a Ski Boots Room for the secure storage of your ski boots. This room is equipped with electric ski boot dryers, which will dry your ski boots overnight. There is also a heated Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and hanging lines to dry clothes and other sport clothing accessories.

Outside the house in the garden, we have retained an old Wood Shed, which has two rooms one for secure Ski Storage and the other for the disposal of the garbage without having to walk far away from the house.

Apartment April has 91m2 of space on two floors, with 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious kitchen dining area, a wide living room area, and plenty of storage space. The first bedroom has a double bed and a pull put single chair bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The total capacity of this apartment is 7 people.

Livia

Apartment Livia has 101m2 of space on two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen with a small dining table for kids, a separate dining area for adults and a wide living room. The first and second bedrooms have a double bed each while the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The total capacity of this apartment is 10 people.

Valentina

Apartment Valentina has 88m2 of space on floor only. This is a beautiful loft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen with a small eating table for the kids, and although is one modern and elegant open floor space the dining room and large living room area are well separated. There is also a small gallery area which can be used as reading and storage area or even as sleeping area for one person since it is equipped with a single pull out chair bed. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed plus a pull out single chair bed.
